Online banking enrollment

Important Note: Before you enroll in online banking you must first sign your account documents, including any IRA documents if applicable.

What to expect:

Your first step will be to review and agree to the Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement.
Then, read and agree to the Internet Banking Agreement & Disclosure.
Next, fill out each required box on page 1. This information is specific to your plan. If you need information related to your plan, like your EIN, please refer to your plan documents. As you enter information related to your account, please reference your account documents we sent to you.
Next, select an access ID and passcode. Please be sure to review the requirements in yellow. Then choose three security verification questions.
Finally, you'll have the opportunity to review the information you entered for accuracy. Follow the steps to confirm you're not a robot and submit.

After you submit your application, it will take about three business days to review. If you have any questions, contact us.

FAQ

How do I obtain my electronic bank statement?

You can access your bank statements any time by logging into our online banking platform and selecting the “Statements” tab from the top navigation bar. You will be able to view or download statements for the last 18 months. If you need statements outside of the 18 month period, you can contact us directly at 303-209-8600 option 3.

What is Mobile Check Deposit?

Mobile Check Deposit allows you or your employees to deposit checks into your Solera account from a mobile device or smartphone.

What if I need a copy of a check?

If you ever need a copy of a check, there are several ways to obtain one. With our Internet Banking service, you can print your own copies (front and back) by accessing your account online, as frequently as you wish at no cost to you. Solera National Bank will also produce copies when you stop by our local branch (a nominal research fee may apply).

How do I endorse my check for mobile deposit?

Line One- Write the name of your entity (skip this step if you have a personal account)

Line Two- Write your name and title (ie Trustee, Manager)

Line Three- Write “For Mobile Deposit at Solera Bank”

What if I forgot my password?

You can request your username to be sent to you by clicking “Forgot Username” on the initial login page.

You can change your password after entering your username by clicking on “Reset your password”
