Message from the President:

These days it seems like everyone uses social media to stay in touch with business associates, friends and family. It has become such an integral part of our world.  One of the questions I ask constantly is, "which media should I use to deliver my personal messages and which is best for Solera National Bank’s events and products?"

Social media is simply an effective way to communicate. We recognize you are busy and can’t always reach our branch office. So we created a Facebook page to provide a forum on which you can ask customer service questions anytime, from anywhere. We won’t violate your privacy by discussing your personal finances, but we can promptly answer questions about our services.

Plus, we now offer Twitter to keep you apprised of our involvement with the community, promotions and products. It's a short and sweet way to stay in the loop. We would love to know what topics you are interested in - Tweet us!

Solera will also be offering an updated page on our website with a calendar of upcoming events promoting our community partners and business resources for our business customers. Watch for it - coming soon.

We still value face-to-face interactions above all else, but we recognize you may need another channel with which to communicate with us. So now you have it. Please explore the Bank’s new social media platforms and use them to your benefit. And if you have any ideas about how we can do things better, please let us know. We want to hear from you.
